Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 14 days.
Items must be unused and in the same condition to be eligible for a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original seals and labels intact.
Any unopened boxes of saches or bottles/items can be returned to us for a refund.
For opened boxes you will be refunded on the amount of saches or bottles/items you send back to us, not the amount you bought the whole box for.
Any unopened pouches of Magnesium Flakes can be returned to us for a refund.
We can’t accept any opened pouches of Magnesium Flakes.
Any Sealed bottles must have original seal on. Bottles must also be returned in either the same packaging or similar to avoid breakage or damage in transit.
We can’t accept damaged bottles for a refund
Any Items damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Please use a suitable box to return the item/s
To return an item, please follow these instructions:
- email email@example.com with proof of purchase (confirmation email) or reply to your confirmation email requesting to return item/s to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and returns form.
- Fill out the return form
- Place the item securely in its original packaging if not damaged or similar packaging
- Mail your return the following address:

- We recommend sending your parcel via myHermes or UPS as this is a much cheaper option than Royal Mail. You can take your parcel to one of their 4,500+ parcel shops across the UK.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 number of days to process returns days from the receipt of your item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange. Please include photographs and a description of the problem.
If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as you can at email@example.com. If your order has not been processed we will do our best to cancel and refund or exchange your order.
If we have already processed your order then we will not be able to cancel your order and you will have to follow the refund policy instructions. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.
If you reject your order at the door, or don’t collect your parcel from a pick up shop, we will refund you once the parcel has reached our fulfilment centre. Our carriers charge us for getting the parcel back to us, so this amount will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
